What Is ProofWise?

ProofWise is my social-proof AI Assistant. Feed it survey answers, Slack kudos, or voice notes, and it hands back polished, on-brand testimonials that still sound 100 % human (because they are). ProofWise takes raw feedback and transforms it into ethical social proof using AI.

Step-by-Step Workflow

1. Capture Praise Inside Soleila.io

  • Clients are sent an email and or test message with a survey (Soleila.io Form)

  • A campaign with built-in automations triggers reminders if needed to provide a gentle request for feedback.

  • If I receive a spontaneous DM, email, or Slack message with feedback? Soleila.io catches the raw testimonial and forwards it to my tidy inbox and tags the feedback appropriately.

2. Bulk-Export to Proofwise

  • Export the raw feedback entries as a CSV.

  • Drag-and-drop the file into ProofWise (it's going to work as a magical testimonial generator).

3. Let ProofWise Work it's Magic

  • The AI sorts by sentiment and offer.

  • Output is headline-ready snippets plus an FTC risk alert if needed.

4. Quick Polish & Organize

  • Proofread for typos—no Franken-testimonials allowed.

  • If applicable, I label each quote with Offer + Objection (example: “WayMaker / price doubt”).

5. Canva Bulk-Create for 16 Tiles

  • Open my Canva testimonial template → Bulk Create.

  • Paste the ProofWise Google Sheet → Generate 16 branded tiles in seconds.
