Done for You Business Setup for Solo Creatives and Service Providers

You’re adding pieces to your store no one visits. You have an offer you can’t launch. Your payments still came in through Venmo. Foundation to Iterate fixes that. One week. Two to three hours of your time.

Let’s Talk

You have something you want to launch.

A subscription. A new offer. Something you’ve been sitting on. Every time you sit down to set it up, you run into the same thing: the pieces aren’t there, or they don’t connect, or someone built part of it and it still doesn’t work.
So you table it. Again.
If your tech feels like duct tape and a prayer, it’s time.

What It Costs

Done-for-you build: $2,500 to $3,000+ one time, depending on scope.
Soleila.io subscription: $297 per month

Most people are already close to or paying more than $297 a month spread across a website, a separate email platform, informal invoicing, and tools that stopped syncing months ago. Soleila.io replaces all of it.

Run the math on what you’re currently paying. The difference is usually $100 to $150 more per month. For infrastructure that actually works.

Who Builds It

Nicole Phommanorat has spent 15 years designing business systems and people operations for companies in growth mode. She built Soleila.io because the platforms her clients were paying for weren’t talking to each other, weren’t built for the way creative founders actually work, and were costing more than they should.
Foundation to Iterate is what she builds when a client comes to her with six tools that don’t talk and an idea they can’t launch.

How it works

Your Done For You Business Setup in 4 Steps

Two to three hours of your time, total.

Step 1:
Book a 15-minute call.

Nicole listens to where you are, what you want to launch, and whether this is the right fit. If it’s not, she’ll tell you.

Step 2:
Get a proposal scoped to your situation.

Not a generic package — what your specific business actually needs.

Step 3:
Nicole builds it.

You fill out a short intake form. She gets to work.

Step 4:
One week later, it’s yours.

Built, tested, and handed back ready to use.

Frequently Asked Questions

You wouldn’t be adding one. You’d be replacing most of them.

One client came to Nicole paying for Kajabi, MailerLite, Calendly, and Zapier, and using Google Sheets as her CRM. When we mapped out what she was actually spending, it was close to $206 a month across tools that still required Zapier to connect and weren’t fully working together.

She cancelled all of it. Soleila replaced every piece — CRM, email marketing, scheduling, automations, courses, and payments — in one place, with no Zaps running in the background waiting to break.

Her net new cost was $91 more a month. For a system that actually works.

Nicole works with clients on this. If a build is going to run higher than the typical range and a lump sum isn’t realistic, payments can be spread over three to six months.

The way it works: Nicole scopes the full project, then maps out what gets built first based on what your business needs most urgently. The most critical pieces go live first. Everything else follows as the payments come in.

This works because Foundation to Iterate is built on the premise that you’re iterating, not doing everything at once. You don’t need the whole thing done yesterday. You need the right things done in the right order, on a timeline that works for both of you.
If you’re looking at a larger build and the investment feels like a wall, bring it up on the call. Nicole will tell you honestly whether a phased approach makes sense for your situation.

That’s the right instinct. Before you book a call, do this: add up what you’re currently paying across every tool touching your business. Website, email, scheduling, invoicing, payments, automations. Most people land between $150 and $250 a month, spread across platforms that don’t connect.

Soleila is $297 a month. It includes your CRM, email marketing, scheduling, invoicing, contracts, payment processing, automations, social inbox, and community access. No Zapier. No MailerLite. No Calendly. No Google Sheets.

The other thing most people don’t account for is what connected automations actually do for revenue. When your follow-up sequence runs automatically after someone inquires, when your nurture emails go out on a schedule without you touching anything, when a soft sell lands in someone’s inbox three days after they attended your event — that’s revenue that wasn’t there before. Not because you worked more. Because the system ran while you didn’t.

One client replaced five tools with Soleila. Her follow-up sequences, nurture emails, and soft sells started running on their own. Sales grew. Time freed up. The $297 wasn’t a new expense. It became the thing paying for itself.

Not necessarily — and Nicole won’t push you to if it’s genuinely working for you.

For some clients, MailerLite stays as the broadcast and newsletter tool while Soleila handles the behavioral automation MailerLite can’t do: tag logic, trigger links, abandoned registration follow-up, and post-purchase sequences. The two systems run alongside each other by design.

That said, most clients find that once Soleila is set up, MailerLite becomes redundant. At $25 a month, cancelling it offsets part of the Soleila subscription. Whether it makes sense to keep it is a call-by-call decision based on how you actually use it.

Two to three hours total across an onboarding call and a brand voice session. Nicole handles everything else and hands it back ready.

If you have an offer, yes.

Foundation to Iterate works at every stage. If you’re just starting out and want to build it right from day one, this gets you set up to scale instead of duct-taping things together and fixing it later. If you’ve been running for a while but your admin and follow-up are still manual, inconsistent, or living in your head, this gets that off your plate. If you’re established and ready to automate so your business runs without you touching every piece, this is how you do that.

The only thing that isn’t a fit is if you don’t have an offer yet. If that’s where you are, Functioning & Feral is the right starting point. Come back when you’re ready to build.

Yes — and that’s usually a good thing.

Most people on Wix or Squarespace are paying for a website that exists but doesn’t connect to anything. No CRM behind the contact form. No automation when someone inquires. No way to collect payments that syncs with your contacts.

Soleila replaces the website and connects it to everything else. When someone fills out a form, they’re in your CRM. When someone pays, it’s tracked. When someone inquires through Instagram, it lands in the same inbox.

Your Squarespace or Wix subscription cancels at renewal. That cost comes off what you’re paying Soleila.

Kajabi is built for course creators who need a course platform. If that’s the core of your business, it earns its keep. But if you’re using it for your CRM, your email list, your scheduling, and your website on top of your courses — and you’re still using other tools to fill the gaps — you’re paying for a course platform to do a job it wasn’t designed for.

The Foundation to Iterate build includes migration. You don’t have to figure out how to move everything yourself. Nicole moves it, rebuilds what needs to be rebuilt, and hands it back ready. What you built in Kajabi doesn’t disappear. It comes with you.

Soleila has a built-in reputation management tool that handles review requests and a unified inbox for SMS and social messaging. For most clients it covers what Podium does at no additional cost.

Whether it fully replaces Podium depends on how you’re using it. That’s exactly the kind of question Nicole works through with you before the build starts — so you know what stays and what goes before anything gets cancelled.

Most builds are complete within one week of the onboarding call. Timeline depends on scope and how quickly your onboarding form comes through.

Foundation to Iterate isn’t a one-time thing. If you want to launch a new offer, expand into a new revenue stream, or build infrastructure for something new, Nicole can scope a new build for that specific project.

Every build is priced based on the actual work involved. Most offer builds land in the $2,500 to $3,000 range. Larger projects — a full platform migration, a complex multi-offer build — are scoped and priced accordingly.

The difference the second time around is that the foundation is already there. Your account is configured, your brand voice is documented, your funnels can be duplicated and adjusted rather than built from scratch. The work is faster. The cost reflects that.

That’s what Foundation to Iterate actually means. You build once, then every build after it is easier than the last.

The call is 15 minutes. No pitch. Nicole will ask where you are, what you want to build, and whether Foundation to Iterate makes sense for your situation.

If it does, she’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, she’ll tell you that too.
