We Thrive Collective Refund & Cancellation Policies
SOLEILA.IO REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
1. Overview
At Soleila.io, we’re committed to providing powerful tools, clear guidance, and a no-stress tech experience for our clients. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your peace of mind when exploring our software and services.
2. 14-Day No Stress Tech Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with Soleila.io within the first 14 days of your initial subscription:
You may request a full refund of your initial monthly payment.
To qualify, you must:
Attend at least one Friday “No Stress Tech” Office Hour, or
Submit a documented request for technical support within those 14 days.
No refund requests will be honored after the 14-day period.
3. Bundled Accounts
If you signed up for the Functioning & Feral Membership as part of a bundled Soleila.io subscription and cancel your Soleila.io account:
Your membership will automatically revert to $97/month starting the next full billing cycle.
Refunds apply only to the Soleila.io portion of your payment if requested within the 14-day window and conditions are met.
4. Annual Plans
For clients on an annual subscription:
If your account is canceled for conduct-related violations (as outlined in our Terms of Service), you will receive a prorated refund for any unused full months.
Example: Cancellation on September 10 means no refund for September, but you’ll be refunded for October onward.
5. Optional Services
Custom services such as funnel builds, course setup, or advanced tech support are non-refundable once work has started or is delivered.
6. Account Cancellation
Clients are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Mid-month cancellations are not prorated unless falling under the conditions above.
7. Data Deletion Policy
Upon cancellation or 90 days of non-payment:
All account data, assets, and automations will be permanently deleted.
Soleila.io is not responsible for backing up your content.

Functioning & Feral Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At We Thrive Collective, we’re committed to supporting your growth, clarity, and consistency through our Functioning & Feral Membership. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds, cancellations, and access. We believe in fairness, transparency, and honoring your time and investment.
2. No Refund Policy
Functioning & Feral Membership is a digital community-based product that includes immediate access to events, tools, and exclusive resources. For this reason:
All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for changes in availability, business needs, or failure to participate.
3. Bundled Accounts
If you joined the Functioning & Feral Membership as part of a Soleila.io bundle:
Your membership will automatically revert to $149/month if you cancel your Soleila.io subscription.
Refunds will apply only to the Soleila.io portion of your payment if canceled within the 14-day Soleila.io refund window and requirements are met.
4. Annual Plans
If you purchased an annual membership:
No refunds will be issued unless your account is terminated for conduct-related violations, in which case a prorated refund will be issued for unused full months and will not include the free month of membership provided as an annual payment incentive. All access to We Thrive Collective Platforms will be revoked immediately.
Example: If canceled on August 15, you will not receive a refund for August but will be refunded for September through the end of your annual term. The refund will not include the free month of membership provided as an annual payment incentive.
5. Optional Add-Ons and Services
Custom services such as 1:1 strategy sessions, funnel reviews, or tech implementation are non-refundable once initiated or delivered.
6. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us at: hello@nmpservices.org
Cancellation stops future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
7. AI Tools and Affiliates
Membership includes training and guidance on using AI tools, but does not include the cost of any AI platforms.
We strive to recommend free or low-cost tools wherever possible.
You are not required to purchase any AI tools to participate.
At times, we may share affiliate links that offer savings—your use of them is optional.
